TeamONE Hockey
June 19th-21st
The TeamONE Hockey Combine is an invite camp with the goal of preparing some of the top women's players in both the United States and Canada to perform at the highest level possible. Our goal for the camp is to ensure players are playing at the top of their game to help showcase their skills to high school, prep school, junior hockey, and college coaches.
Schedule for Combine Group 1:
Friday June 19th:
On Ice Session: 7:30 to 8:50
Saturday June 20th:
Arrive at Camp at 7:45 AM
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (Off Ice Workout with Strength Coach)
9:45 AM to 11:50 (On Ice Skills with Skills Coach)
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (Rest and Lunch)
1:00 to 2:00 (Goalie World)
1:00 to 2:00 (Off Ice Board Work, Game Situations and Video)
2:30 to 4:00 (Off Ice Strength and Conditioning Testing)
4:30 to 5:50 (On ice practice/Situations)
6:00 to 6:15 (Cool down/Done for day)
Sunday June 21st:
Arrive at camp at 7:30 AM
8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (Off Ice Workout with Strength Coach)
9:50 AM to 11:20 AM (One Ice Skills with Skills Coach)
11:30 to 12:00 (Receive Player Testing Camp Cards)
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (Rest and Lunch)
1:00 PM to 1:45 PM (Off ice Board Word, Game Situations, Video)
1:00 PM to 1:50 PM (Goalie World)
2:00 to 3:20 PM (Controlled Scrimmage)
3:45 to 4:30 (Cool down/Recovery from Camp)
4:30 PM to 5:00 PM (Q and A with coaching staff)
5:10 PM (ALL CAMP MEETING MANDATORY)
