Raymond P. Jacques
Raymond P. Jacques, CFP, is the founder and President of New England Schooner, Inc. An industry veteran of more than 30 years, Ray specializes in creating custom financial strategies for individual and institutional investors. Today, he oversees the investment and management of over $500 million in client assets. Outside of his professional career, Ray is most passionate about hockey and advancing the USA Hockey Foundation’s mission to, “Strengthen American hockey by providing support in participation, opportunity, safety, player development, education and commemoration.” He has been inducted into the University of Maine’s Athletic Hall of Fame, honoring him for his award-winning 1981 to 1985 career, playing Right Wing and serving as legendary University of Maine Hockey Coach Shawn Walsh’s first Captain.
Director of Coaching
Caitrin is the Director of Coaching at TeamONE. Caitrin played for three years at Boston College and is transferring to play at Clarkson in the fall. Caitrin excels at recruiting, skills, and player development. Caitrin is a decorated United States Hockey athlete who plans on continuing her hockey career after she graduates from Clarkson.
Assistant Director of Coaching
Jessica Jacques is one of our TeamONE Coaches who has assisted in player development, off-ice conditioning, and winning championships. Jessica is a former TeamONE Player who is currently attending Merrimack College where she is playing Division One College Hockey.
Head of Marketing
Stephen Thulin is the Tournament Coordinator at TeamONE Hockey. He is a former Division One Hockey Player at the University of Connecticut. Stephen is currently enrolled at Northern Illinois University in the MBA and Sport Management masters programs. Stephen played for Northern Illinois University and was awarded the Goaltender of the league for the ACHA. He was picked for the ACHA all star challenge and won the championship. Stephen is in charge of all social media, logistics, and goaltending coaching for TeamONE.
Alex Molnar is the TeamONE Hockey skills coach. Alex played four years at Salem State College and has been coaching players ever since. Alex also played professionally for the Berkshire Battalion in the FHL and his native Nitra Slovakia in the Slovakian Elite Professional League. Alex has coached for the Islanders Hockey Club as well as the Seacoast Spartans. Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to TeamONE and will be assisting players on improving their skating and puck-handling abilities.
Paige Voight recently graduated from Merrimack College where she played on the Division One Hockey East team for four years before graduating with her degree in accounting. Paige will be helping with the skills sessions at the TeamONE Combine. Paige won a gold medal while playing for the USA in the under 18 world championships. Paige is planning on continuing her hockey career while she works towards her masters in accounting at Merrimack College.
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Alex Minter has been apart of TeamONE since day one. His Men’s Ice Hockey team took home first place in the 2011 Hockey Night in Boston Showcase. Alex took home many awards in route to the first men’s championship for TeamONE including, Most Valuable Player, Scoring Champion, and Most Likely to go Pro. Alex played for the South Shore Kings in the EJHL before committing to play for the Viking of Salem State University. Alex played a large roll in helping the Vikings win a MASCAC championship his freshmen year. He finished the season with most points on the team and took home Rookie of the Year for all sports in 2014. During Alex’s sophomore year he started his own strength and conditioning company, Mint Condition Fitness. Alex has created a program for people to follow along online. He currently has three up and running six week video monitored programs, with more to come. Alex has spent the last several years working with Evolution Basketball, an AAU program for aspiring athletes. Alex worked as a Health and Wellness Director at the Gloucester YMCA for the last two years. Alex credits a lot of his training methods to Bryan Labell owner of Labell Physical Therapy, whom Alex worked for for three years during college.
Ray Jacques Jr.
Ray Jacques Jr. is TeamONE's defensive coach. Ray began his hockey career with the Lowell Junior Riverhawks at UMass Lowell. He later attended Austin Preparatory School in Reading, MA as he started his junior hockey career with the Salem Ice Dogs. Ray went on to play in the EJHL for the New York Applecore. Ray played three years at Salem State College before transferring to St. Olaf College where he would finish his hockey career. Ray brings a wealth of knowledge involving the defensive position and was a part of the five TeamONE men's championships including the 2011 Hockey Night in Boston Championship. Ray has worked closely with NHL skating coach, Curtis Brackenbury, former NHL and U.S. National Team Coach, Mike Eaves, and USHL Des Moines Buccaneers Coach, Dave Red Allison. Ray is excited to implement the skills he has acquired from him to the rest of the TeamONE family.
